Administration, Reception & Secretarial Team
The administration team consists of Sophie White, Kathleen Faulkner, Kajal Patel, Shelley Day, Sophia Munday, Zoe Bracey, Ollie Edwards, Kim Sharp, Sandra Varney, Anna Roberts and Felix Ellin.
Sophie White is the administration team manager and joined Investment Solutions in 2004. Sophie enjoys walking and cycling in the South Downs with her husband and beautiful dog named Bella. Sophie also enjoys travelling in her motorhome exploring new places in the UK.
Kathleen joined the company in 2020 and after a short time on reception has moved into our administration department to train up to be an administrator. Kathleen has a degree in Criminology and Psychology and she will shortly begin her financial administration exams to help her role. She loves travelling in her spare time.
Kajal is our Senior Financial Services Administrator and joined the team in 2018 as an apprentice. After completing her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) at Chichester College, Kajal is currently working toward her Diploma in Financial Planning.
Sophia joined the company in 2018 and was recently promoted to Senior Financial Services Administrator. She has a Certificate in Retail Banking and Conduct of Business. Sophia also has two horses and two dogs which she competes which keeps her very busy.
Kim has been at the company since 2008. Kim works in Admin and produces the client valuation reports. She loves keeping fit and used to be a body builder competing in national competitions. She has a cat called Ella and two pythons Rocco and Jagger.
Sandra joined the company in 2019 and is our main typist for all client correspondence. She enjoys long country walks when she can, live music, and hunting for treasures at car boot sales. Sandra has two pet tortoises called Hermione and Hetty and a Ginger tomcat called Garfield. Sandra has also recently taken up amateur photography.
Shelley joined the company in 2021. In her spare time she like walking, goes to live concerts and visiting National Trust Properties.
Zoe works part-time having originally joined in 2019 but leaving to have her son, but rejoined us in 2020.
Ollie has recently joined in November 2022 and in his spare time likes watching football and going for walks with his dog.
Anna has been with us since early 2022 and is our main Receptionist, greeting all clients over the phone and in the office.
Felix is with us for a whole year on an Internship and in July he will return to University to complete his studies in Financial Services.
They are responsible for processing all the new business applications, as well as servicing the existing clients with any type of request that is required.
