Quarterly Financial Bulletin – Winter – 2022

In our first quarterly bulletin of 2022 we cover a range of financial topics to keep you informed.

Given the challenges of the past two years we could be forgiven for focusing on life’s trials and tribulations as a new year dawns. However, while concerns about supply chain disruption, new COVID variants and rising inflation may be disconcerting for investors, all the signs are that the coming 12 months will be a time of opportunity as well as risk, as we move towards a post- pandemic future.

Our quarterly bulletin begins by looking at what the IMF predicts will happen to the world economy in 2022.

We then look at the new climate disclosures which companies will need to make from April along with the issue of ‘Greenwashing’.

Following on from the Autumn budget we look at some key numbers which could influence your finances.

Finally in our retirement section, we begin by looking at the issue of cognitive decline and how planning can really assist in this area. We then run through some helpful steps to help protect again potential financial scams.

As always – if you wish to discuss any of the areas within our newsletter, or your wider financial planning then do let us know.
